YOUR PRIVACY is important to us! We will never sell or give your name, address or eMail to anyone. We will not add you to any kind of "Mailing" or "Notification" Lists unless you indicate that you would like to be placed in our mailing list. YOUR ORDER will arrive at your door, or PO Box, in a cardboard box without any advertising on the outside of the package. The return address on your package is from "LBD". Back to TOP of page
ORDERING ON-LINE is done through our "Easy-Cart" Shopping System. Our checkout screen resides on a SECURE server! All Credit Card info remains on the Secure Server and is not forwarded as part of any order confirmations or notifications. Back to TOP of page

RETURNS are available for Merchandise Exchange or Store Credit. Credits will not be issued for the shipping charges and exchanges are subject to additional shipping. All merchandise being returned must be in new, resellable condition. Since our products are handmade refunds will be considered on an individual basis, but remain at our discretion. DISCOUNTS are occasionally offered to our customers. If you receive a coupon or discount code from us, you must enter it in the "tracking code" field provided on your order form. Discounts will not be calculated by the shopping cart system and therefore will not be evident at check out. Credit Card authorization will be obtained on your non-discounted final total. We will review all "referral" codes and will adjust your final total accordingly. This adjustment will be made PRIOR to processing your credit card for payment. CUSTOM ORDERS (minor) Minor custom orders are when we are asked to make one of our current designs in different size, color, or is personalized. We except this type of order on a regular basis, and will estimate shipping date at the time of the quote. Back to TOP of page
CUSTOM ORDERS ( major) Major custom orders are defined by an order that requires a radical re-design of an item, or something we do not make on a regular basis at all. Due to our travel and production schedule, we do not take many orders of this nature. Back to TOP of page
SHIPPING FEE is calculated at check-out as follows: • All orders are accessed a $8.00 base shipping fee • Additional shipping may be added on a per item basis (i.e. standard cuffs are an additional $0.50 per set, while a set of grip cuffs adds $3.00). • Canadian Orders are charged an additional *$10.00 to cover the cost of airmail delivery. • Countries other than the US and Canada are charged an additional fee of *$15.00 to cover the cost of overseas airmail delivery. • Please be aware that some countries will charge you a Customs/Duty Fee. This fee is due when your package is delivered and is NOT part of any shipping fee charged by us. This fee is calculated based on your merchandise total and must be paid directly to the relevant agency. *If the additional fee does not cover the actual cost of airmail shipping your card will be charged enough to do so. SHIPPING TIME We do our best to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. Please remember that we are a small manufacturing company owned and operated by fellow kinksters and we handmake most of our products. We love to travel to BDSM events around the country -- bringing our wares with us. So, occasionally we will be out of the office for a few days at a time, slightly delaying the shipment of your order. We estimate 2-4 weeks turnaround time on our cuffs but some items may have a longer turnaround time (4-6 weeks). Please contact us if you have questions about the turnaround time. Back to TOP of page
SHIPPING METHODS We use a combination of UPS, FedEx and the USPS for our shipping needs. All of these offer a shipment notification system that we try to use whenever possible, so you'll have detailed information about your package. Back to TOP of page
AUCTIONS are occasionally run on eBay or other like services to clear out overstocked or discontinued items. Due to our travel schedule and the discounted starting price of these items, we have very specific terms and very rarely deviate from them. They are as follows: • All items must be paid for within 3 days of the closing date. • All Payments must be via PayPal or Credit Card. • NO mailed payments will be accepted Back to TOP of page
IMAGE and BandWidth theft has become a problem for us at Leather By Danny. We've been very liberal in granting permission for our images to be used and will continue to be. However, please follow the guidelines below: • eMail requests to use our images to leatherbydanny@gmail.com • Acknowledge where the image came from and provide a link to leatherbydanny.com • Host the image on your OWN server. We've had to swap out images recently because people are illegally linked to them on our server and costing us money each month as our bandwidth increases. Back to TOP of page
DONATIONS are an important part of our community and Leather By Danny gives them on a regular basis. We've contributed thousands of dollars to organizations and individuals across the country and will continue to do so as long as we are able. We set a budget each year for these donations so requests at the beginning of the calendar year have a better chance of making it into our established annual budget. Back to TOP of page
